Iskoçyalı genç  bir çocuk olarak diğer kültürlerden çok etkilendim. Diller üzerine eğitim gördüm ve şu an Almanya’da yaşıyorum, Yapabildiğim müddetçe de özellikle anavatanımın güzel adalarını keşfetmekten hoşlanarak seyahat ediyorum. Fotoğrafçılığa ilk başladığım zamanlarda basit bir kompakt makina kullanıyordum ama bu hobim tutkuya dönüştüğü zaman ilk dijital makinamı edindim.

Sahillere yürüme mesafesinde büyüdüm. Dış Hebrides, Kanarya Adaları, Baltık Sahilleri ve Bavyera göllerinde çektiğim bu seride yer alan taşralar ile beğeneceğinizi umduğum ögelerin fotoğraflarını çekmekten hoşlanıyorum.

As a young kid in Scotland I was fascinated by other cultures. I studied languages and now live in Germany, travelling whenever I can and particularly enjoy exploring the beautiful islands of my home country. A simple compact camera at an early age awoke my interest in photography, but it wasn’t until I got my first digital camera a few years back that the hobby turned into a passion!

I grew up within walking distance of the coast and enjoy capturing the countryside and the effects of the elements as you will hopefully appreciate in this series of photos taken in the Outer Hebrides and the Canary Islands, on the Baltic Coast and the Bavarian lakes.
