Fotoritim is a photography magazine that belongs to the Borderless Photographers Group and being published according to The Laws of Turkish Republic on the web.

All the contents of the magazine (name, title, main and  sub-sections, content and forum areas) are under the the protection of the internet publications of Turkish Constitution, Obligation Law, Code of Civil Law and, internet rights related and regulated by the methods and principles of the Judgment Beliefs.

However, all the rights of the writings, articles, photographs, subjects, illustrations and digital applications are reserved and protected by the author.

All the published works’ material and immaterial rights belong to the author and protected with the law of intellectual property rights (Law no 5846).

In this context, whole or part of the works shall not be used, published or copied without the written permission of the author. Without author permission, it shall not be quoted even showing bibliography.

Every internet user who visits and/or uses this site are considered that he/she reads the present specification.

Every photographer who sends written and visual works to this site and to it’s  e-mail address are considered as they send their own, original works and they accept the loan-free use of all these works in www.fotoritim.com. Fotoritim has the right to use or reject the submitted works and is not responsible to give an information about the publishing or rejection time to the sender.

Rules about writing comments to the subjects:

You can add your comments to the subjects under these circumstances;

-If it includes unconstitutionalities and contradictions to law,

-If it is not related with the subject,

-If the same comment comes one after another,it

-If the comment is hastily and carelessly written,

-If it consists slangs,

-If it consists immoral words, insults and swearings,

-If it has the potential to cause polemic and accusing,

-If it does not include the name and e-mail of the person who writes that comment

Any of the comments which are not accordance to these rules will not be approved.

In such cases, if it is detected that a person who sends unapproved comments continously, his/her IP address will be obtained he/she will be banned to enter the site. Fotoritim Management has the right to approve or unapprove any of the comments even which are not in accordance with these rules. 

All the written comments responsibilities belongs to the person who write and submit it. Fotoritim Magazine has no responsibility for the comments even if they are approved and published.
