BOĞA GÜREŞİ

İzlediğiniz bu fotoğraf koleksiyonu, bir öğle sonrasında Bilbao boğa güreşi arenasındaki boğa güreşi sırasında, El Cid, Jose Mª Manzanares ve Duardo Gallo adlı boğa güreşçileriyle çekilmiştir.

Bu serideki fotoğrafların farkı, fotoğraflardaki ana figürün hareket ve olayın uhrevi konsepti olması, kan içinde ya da acı çeken boğa ya da boğa güreşçisi görüntüsü gibi olayların tipik dramatizasyonunun belirginliğinden kaçmaya çalışması. 

Kişisel olarak, boğa güreşine düşkün birisi değilim, hatta tam tersi hayvanların acı çekmesine karşı olmama rağmen, boğa güreşi arenasının renklerinin, şekillerin, seslerin ve atmosferinin görülmeye değer olduğuna katılıyorum.  

Ne savaş ve ölüm ne de felaketleri onaylaylamıyorum ama bu, finalistlerin ve kazananların pek çok durumda bu gibi olayları yansıttığı “World Press Photo Awards” ile ilgilenmiyorum demek değildir.

Bu fotoğrafların taraması ve hareket ile, seyirciye sunulandan iki farklı egzersiz önerilmektedir. Bir yandan, hayvanın heybetli görüntüsü gibi muhteşem bir güzelliğin bileşenlerinden oluşan bu gördüğümüz sahneler, boğa güreşçilerinin rengarenk kıyafetleri, arenayı çevreyelen masa ve aynı kalabalık gibi diğer bileşenler. Tüm bu fotoğraflar, kutlama sahnesinin en iyi bölümünü yansıtan ressamların hatıralarını bize getirir. 

Diğer taraftan bu, hareketin gözlemini yapmaya davet ediyor ve ayrıca seyrici olarak bizlerin bazı ayrıntılar sayesinde seyirci olarak hangi anı yakaladığımızı daha açık bir hale getiriyor.

Bununla beraber, boğa güreşi dünyasının temel bilgisine sahip olanlar sayesinde bu amacımın başarılı olduğu gözümden kaçmadı.

Efekt fotoğraf çekimi sırasında elde edildi, bilgisayar programlarının efektleri değil. Fotoğraflar, içinde uzun pozlamaya tutukluk yaptıran bir zoom lens aracılığıyla basit bir yakınlaştırma tekniği kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Bu, sergileme esnasında figüre yakınlaşır.

The following photographies´ collection was from the Bilbao bullring during a bullfighting afternoon with bullfigthers as El Cid, Jose Mª Manzanares and Eduardo Gallo.

The different of these series of images is that the main figure of them is the movement and the etéreo concept of event, trying to flee from the typical dramatic quality situations either the bullfigther or the animal in which the blood or the suffering became more evident.

Personally I am not keen on bull fighting, on the contrary, notwithstanding this and even though I am against animals suffering I agree that the colours, shapes, sounds and ambience of a bull fighting arena is an spectacle.

I am not either in favour of the wars, the death or the disasters and that´s not mean that I´m not interested in the World Press Photo Awards whom finalists and winners reflect these circumstances in many occasions.

With these images of sweepings and movement it is proposed to the spectator two different exercises from display. On one hand what we see are scenes composed by elements of great beauty in themselves like the majestic thing of the animal, the colorful of the bullfigthers suits, the other elements that surround the arena like the tables and the same public. All these photos can bring us to the memory painters' scenes that in a good part of their work reflected the celebration.

On the other hand,It invites through the observation of the movement and  also through some details that turn out to be clearer to the glimpse in what moment of the spectacle we are.

Nevertheless, I have been noticed that this aim is succeeded by those who have a basic knowledge of the bullfight world.

The effect has been obtained during the taking of the photo and not by computer science programs effects. It is a simple technique of zooming, that means that photographies were done with a zoom lens in which through the use of long speeds of clogging, it approaches the figure during the exhibition.
